Similar mods
I have made some minor tweaks to some ini & picture files that make it a bit more like GTA V 'next gen'.
Screens:

Obviously, the most notable changes are the phone (Michael's iFruit from the X1/PS4/PC version of V) and the wheel shows Franklin/Michael.
There are other tweaks I've done, using the ini files, such as weapon renaming (to the V weapons I have for SA).
As said, I didn't make the HUD, DK22Pac did.
